We named it Papa's Salsa after my Dad who made this fresh homemade chunky salsa every Sunday for lunch for long as I can remember. We are excited to share this recipe that includes roasted Hatch Red Chile and Hatch Green Chile along with a little garlic, onion, tomatoes, and lime. We hope you enjoy it as much as our family has for generations.
