No matter where you bought your grill, you can count on Premier Grilling to help you get the most out of it! At Premier Grilling, we stand behind every product we sell. We can even help you with many items we don't sell, too.
Important Service Information
Most manufacturers’ warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. If you have an issue with your grill and it's still under warranty, contact the manufacturer first to get the parts you need replaced at no cost to you. In some rare cases labor to replace the parts is also covered. It is most common for only the parts to be covered by the warranty.
Premier Grilling has access to replacement parts from almost every grill manufacturer. If you need parts, we can order them on your behalf and have them ready for pick up at Premier Grilling. Just contact us, tell us what you need, and we'll place the order without you ever having to leave your home. All special-order parts must be paid for in full in advance. No returns will be accepted on special order parts. No exceptions, so please consult one of our professionals if you do not know exactly what you need.
Just like your car or your home, your grill requires regular maintenance to keep it running at an optimal level. In addition to being able to repair just about any grill, our Service Technicians do the dirty work and keep your grill clean and well maintained on a regular schedule to ensure it’s always working at its best.
Sometimes you encounter problems with your grill that you’re unable, or just don't want, to handle on your own. NO PROBLEM! Contact one of Premier Grilling's skilled technicians to diagnose and fix your grill issues while you do something else with your busy schedule.
A minimum of $199 is charged for any service issue. This fee is non-refundable and due before any service will be performed. Parts are not included in this service charge.
Premier Grilling reserves the right to charge more than the specified rate for special cases. Any parts needed to complete the grill service will be in addition to the service fees.
Be advised that many grill manufacturer warranties require that you list a company/individual as your certified service technician prior to performing service on your grill to maintain the warranty. Don't make the mistake of using just anyone to fix your grill.
Check your warranty, and only use the best certified technicians to work on your grill. You wouldn't let just any work on your car or home, would you?
