COVID-19 UPDATE: A Message to Our Customers

As we navigate this unusual situation with COVID-19, we wanted to give you an update on our current situation and plan of action.

The Premier Grilling team is continuing to safely work in the retail locations, construction division, and online sales. We are following high standards for cleanliness and sanitization in all locations. We want to assure you that we do have product available for purchase and shipment. We expect no delays in getting product sent out to you.

Out of an abundance of caution, we are allowing many of our office personnel to work from home until further notice.

This is a challenging time for our country, but as you and your family hunker down, we take pride in providing you with the products that allow you to spend quality time together around your grill and dinner table.

Beginning Wednesday March 18th, we will be enacting 2 new options for our customers. Contact your nearest Premier Grilling location to place your orders. Both new options have a no-touch option available upon request:

  • Free curb-side pick-up from any Premier Grilling location for all customers
  • Free same day delivery on orders greater than $50, placed by noon, and within 10 miles of any Premier Grilling location

As always, we offer free nationwide shipping for any online order over $99.

Recommendations from the CDC are changing regularly, and we are watching them very carefully. We are staying vigilant and our team members are taking extra precautions to keep the stores disinfected for our families and loyal customers. As recommendations change, we will let you know about any changes in our business practices.
